What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health status

• provide skilled nursing treatments
• administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vital signs, and manage medical equipment
• coordinate ancillary services
• educate and support residents and families
• document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• participate in care conferences
• and follow infection-control protocols.
