What you'll do

• Plan, develop, organize, evaluate, and direct Food and Nutrition Services programs
• assess residents’ nutritional histories and dietary needs
• coordinate with nursing staff on weights, nutrition, hydration, and interventions
• make kitchen and dining room rounds
• support meal production according to menus, restrictions, preferences, allergies, and sanitation standards
• document nutrition care
• develop staff education and quality assurance programs
• maintain department policies and procedures.
