Family Law Attorney

What you'll do

• Manage family law matters from consultation through resolution
• develop case strategies
• represent clients in hearings, conferences, mediation, and trial when necessary
• draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, judgments, and orders
• handle divorce, separation, custody, support, domestic violence, and prenuptial or postnuptial matters
• advise on property division and financial issues
• negotiate resolutions
• communicate with clients
• and coordinate with paralegals and support staff to keep cases current and court-ready.
