What you'll do

• Manage the Citizens pipeline from quote to bind, including underwriting requirements
• educate and de-escalate clients dealing with renewals and depopulation letters
• discuss auto and life coverage with homeowners clients
• maintain documentation and daily follow-up
• handle 4-point inspections, wind mitigations, and proof of prior
• use EZLynx workflows
• obtain and update insurance information.
