Job overview

The Lead Pest Control Field Technician role is onsite in Madison, CT, serving a residential and commercial territory. Pay is $30–$35 per hour. The position supports Mosquito Joe’s local field operations and pest-management services. The lead technician provides field guidance and logistical support to technicians while servicing properties for mosquito, tick, household pest, and rodent prevention. The role helps keep routes, supplies, equipment, and service practices organized and compliant.

What you'll do

• Manage inventory of chemicals, personal protective equipment, equipment, and supplies
• organize office and storage areas
• distribute materials to technicians
• coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and repairs
• assist with onboarding and field training
• communicate operational needs and customer concerns to management
• inspect properties for infestation signs and breeding sites
• mix and apply pest-control products
• maintain a clean work truck and follow safety regulations.
