Transportation Dispatcher

What you'll do

• Dispatch buses and oversee routes and bus scheduling
• support on-time route performance
• counsel and coach drivers and monitors
• handle phone and radio traffic, scheduling and driver complaints, and communication with the contracted customer
• resolve pickup and drop-off problems
• assist with day-to-day operations. Charter reservations, billing, driver payroll, backup driving, and clerical duties may be assigned as needed.
