What you'll do

• Install, deploy, move, configure, repair, and audit PCs, workstations, printers, phones, smartphones, and other technology
• troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate with vendors or team members
• answer and track helpdesk calls
• support conference room audio-video and telephones
• maintain PC audit records and software licensing
• follow procedures and update documentation
• teach training classes as needed.
