Job overview

The Local HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Greenville, NC, serving customers in the area and surrounding counties. Compensation is $25–$45 per hour, plus commissions and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. Advance Mechanical serves residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning customers. The technician troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs HVAC systems in homes and businesses and completes assigned preventive maintenance. This work supports reliable system operation and the company’s customer service commitments.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 or 5:00 p.m., with a once-a-month on-call rotation from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Requires three years of residential and commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience, relevant licenses and certifications, and a valid driver’s license.
