What you'll do

• Strategically buy out electrical commodities
• manage vendor engagement, including RFPs, submittals, fabrication and scheduling updates, and action logs
• implement project purchasing and delivery plans
• collaborate with general foremen on bills of material
• coordinate with suppliers on upcoming work, backorders, returns, and deliveries
• execute onsite consignments, hold-for-release packages, go-carts, and kitting
• track and expedite materials
• issue purchase orders
• assist accounts payable with discrepancies
• report commitments and review supplier scorecards.
