What you'll do

• Support the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and store goals
• oversee retail functional areas
• lead and develop staff
• support hiring and performance management in at least one department
• manage merchandising, donations, loss prevention, point-of-sale operations, and product quality
• assist with budgeting and financial reporting
• and provide coverage or training at assigned regional locations as needed.
