The Residential Counselor I/II role is onsite at Park Place and Monaco House in Denver, CO. Residential Counselor I pay is $27.79 per hour and Residential Counselor II pay is $30.12 per hour. WellPower provides behavioral health care and support intended to foster mental health, resilience, and recovery. The counselor supports consumers with activities of daily living and recovery while providing direct service as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role helps coordinate treatment, maintain a safe and trauma-informed environment, and support continuity of clinical care.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group therapy
• coordinate clinical care with case management and other services
• assess consumers and provide appropriate interventions
• support activities of daily living
• facilitate intake and discharge tasks
• maintain household safety
• document consumer interactions and clinical records, including medication records
• respond to emergencies and facilitate interventions
• advocate for community acceptance and integration
• attend scheduled team meetings.
