What you'll do

• Monitor camera functionality and security technology
• document equipment issues and recommend improvements
• conduct in-person site audits and remote reviews
• document findings and track corrective actions
• review exception reports and risk indicators
• conduct assigned investigations
• gather and preserve relevant evidence
• prepare investigative documentation
• coordinate with Human Resources, Safety, Retail Management, and Operations
• escalate significant or complex matters.
