What you'll do

• Oversee multi-unit restaurant operations, including financial performance, production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing
• make decisions on important operational matters
• work with the Director of Operations on restaurant game plans
• ensure guest service and operating standards
• support customer complaint resolution
• develop managers and staff
• ensure effective staffing schedules
• manage profit and loss, cost of goods, labor, and controllable expenses
• foster positive working relationships.
