The Banking Deposit Operations Specialist is an onsite position based in Pueblo, CO, with a pay range of $18.00–$22.00 per hour. This role is responsible for maintaining deposit account accuracy, providing phone support to customers, and managing back-office operations such as fraud monitoring and wire transfers. The specialist ensures compliance with banking regulations while delivering the bank's signature customer service.

What you'll do

• Accurate data entry of maintenance performed on all deposit accounts
• Provide phone support to internal and external customers
• Provide support to online banking, bill pay, and mobile systems
• Process customer requests according to established policies
• Process Bankcard disputes, fraud monitoring, and risk mitigation
• Process exception items and adjustments
• Initiate and monitor end-of-day processing
• Process wire transfers
• Reconcile official checks
• Review data entry and legal documents for compliance.
