The Clinical Apprentice — BCBA Fieldwork Program is onsite in Garden City, MI, with compensation of $18–$23 per hour and $2 hourly increases at each program stage. This full-time paid practicum supports Centria Autism’s Elevate Program, providing supervised fieldwork and clinical experience with children and families. Working as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician, the apprentice progresses through a structured three-stage pathway while receiving supervision and mentorship. The role builds practical ABA experience and competencies toward a future Board Certified Behavior Analyst role.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in home, center, or school settings
• participate in individual and group supervision with experienced BCBAs
• learn assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, and ethics
• attend professional development and apply learning
• progress through Elevate stages and milestones
• collaborate with the team on compassionate, assent-based, data-driven care.
