What you'll do

• Conduct approximately 1.5-hour orientations for new and used RVs
• explain RV systems, safety equipment, and basic maintenance
• perform final delivery quality checks
• verify systems, cleanliness, accessories, manuals, remotes, and keys
• communicate outstanding issues to Service
• demonstrate equipment
• complete delivery documentation and customer sign-offs
• communicate customer concerns to relevant teams.
