Quality Assurance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead and assign work to QA Specialists, Lab Technicians, and Inspectors
• establish quality procedures and train employees
• collaborate on run/no-run and product acceptance decisions
• operate and train staff on precision testing equipment
• conduct physical and chemical testing of paper, raw materials, adhesives, and finished security products
• use measurement tools to verify specifications
• apply statistical methods and control charts
• manage quality software records for corrective and preventive actions, complaints, and nonconformances
• communicate quality developments
• maintain QA logs and stay current on applicable standards.

Why this role

A bachelor's degree and at least three years of related quality experience or training are required, or an equivalent education and experience combination with substantial math and science/chemistry coursework. ASQ or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
