• Provide nursing leadership, support, and guidance
• work with the Director of Nursing, Human Resources, or Facility Administrator to address staff performance and policy compliance
• ensure safe care practices and proper documentation
• communicate with residents, families, vendors, and interdisciplinary teams
• participate in quality and compliance activities
• evaluate, coach, educate, and supervise nursing staff
• monitor direct care and conduct audits
• share on-call duties with nursing leadership.
