What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns using the point-of-sale system
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with training and feedback for associates
• support scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping
• maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising
• ensure online orders are fulfilled and shipped daily
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and transaction reconciliation
• supervise and delegate tasks in the Store Manager's absence
• follow opening and closing procedures.
