What you'll do
- Respond to hotline calls with risk and eligibility assessments, safety planning, referrals, emotional support, and crisis intervention
- orient shelter residents and complete intakes
- provide transportation and basic-needs support
- coordinate advocacy and case management appointments
- maintain confidential participant records
- co-facilitate meetings and groups
- conduct shelter walk-throughs and inventory supplies.
