What you'll do

• Help achieve individual and store sales and productivity goals
• model and coach exceptional customer service and client development
• assist with recruiting, training, motivating, retaining, and evaluating sales associates
• maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• perform opening and closing procedures, paperwork reconciliation, and operational tasks
• protect inventory and store assets
• enforce company policies
• manage client books and clienteling.
