• Complete apartment work orders and turnovers
• perform carpentry and repairs to walls, cabinets, windows, doors, and tile
• maintain appliances, plumbing, minor HVAC, and electrical systems
• maintain communal areas and pools
• complete preventive maintenance
• organize supplies
• and provide customer service. The role includes after-hours and on-call emergency coverage on a rotation basis.
