What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• maintain orderly work areas and store tools and equipment properly
• inspect facilities and report defects or malfunctions
• perform unscheduled tasks as directed
• assist other departments with repairs
• attend training and meetings
• record work and materials
• follow safety protocols and regulations.
