What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and service orientation
• provide basic information about services, therapies, and memberships
• maintain wellness areas and prepare treatment or recovery rooms
• process payments and manage scheduling software
• support stocking, inventory, and client communication
• maintain logs and cleanliness standards
• answer calls, texts, emails, and faxes
• assist with events and promotions
• and monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
