Floor Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead by example in guest service and assist with approved guest recovery
• maintain a visible floor presence and communicate guest feedback to management
• support daily operations, events, and private dining
• coordinate with front- and back-of-house teams
• conduct opening, closing, and shift-readiness checks
• communicate priorities and operational updates
• support staffing deployment, timekeeping, cash handling, and administrative follow-up
• coach team members and assist with training
• report safety, food-safety, and compliance concerns
• escalate employee-relations matters to management.
