What you'll do

• Conduct onsite inspections of residential and commercial properties
• document property features and conditions, take photographs, and identify potential hazards or underwriting concerns. Compile underwriting survey reports, manage multiple assignments, use measuring equipment and digital tools, and travel throughout the service area. The posting states field operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or dusk, whichever is earlier
• no surveys or phone contact after 8:00 p.m. or on Sundays or holidays unless requested by the policyholder or resident.
