Workday Developer, Remote

Job overview

The Workday Developer role is fully remote; compensation is $84–$88 per hour. The position is an assignment with a regulatory client and supports work on its HCM platform. The developer configures and extends Workday, builds integrations, and automates manual work. The role contributes to dependable platform delivery by owning technical work end to end, applying AI tools where useful, and maintaining tested code and engineering practices.

What you'll do

• Configure, build, and maintain Workday HCM solutions
• design inbound and outbound integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services
• extend the platform with custom development and automation
• apply AI tooling to accelerate delivery and automate routine work
• write clean, tested, maintainable code and support engineering standards and SDLC practices.
