What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for day-to-day client service
• answer calls and respond to questions
• build client relationships through consistent communication
• assist with forms and account requests
• follow up on paperwork and service requests
• open client accounts through Charles Schwab
• process maintenance requests, transfers, distributions, and related paperwork
• research issues with Charles Schwab
• track custodial requests
• maintain accurate client records
• assist with advisor communications, meeting preparation, and administrative workflows.
