What you'll do

• Select and set up ultrasound equipment for each examination
• explain procedures and position patients
• select transducers and adjust controls
• enter test and patient information
• scan specified body areas and monitor image quality
• record diagnostic data
• perform or assist with other assigned clinical or non-clinical duties
• organize daily work and perform on-call duties or variable shifts as assigned.
