What you'll do

• Recruit canvassers through calls, texts, and in-field outreach
• train and coach canvassers and team leads
• maintain rosters and shift schedules
• build relationships with community leaders and partner organizations
• conduct personal door-knocking shifts and meet voter-contact goals
• plan turf and shifts
• organize canvass launches and GOTV weekends
• ensure messaging and legal requirements are followed
• use campaign and organizing tools
• track doors, contacts, shifts, and attendance
• report daily numbers and weekly results.
