Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Review invoice entries for accuracy, follow up and correct issues before general-ledger posting
• verify and post account transactions
• track invoice status and follow up on approvals
• verify job summaries against contracts and change orders
• work with project management teams on job costing
• assist with monthly financial close, vendor statement reviews, electronic filing, and Finance projects.
