What you'll do

• assign work and monitor attendance, productivity, and room progress
• conduct team briefings
• inspect guestrooms and public areas
• address guest requests
• document deficiencies and maintenance concerns
• submit and follow up on work orders
• train, coach, and support housekeeping staff
• coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Security, and other departments.
