What you'll do

• Prospect and develop advertising business in assigned markets
• sell banners, window clings, onsite digital ads, email marketing, social media, and website placements
• develop campaigns with advertisers, agencies, and sponsors
• pitch sponsorships and negotiate deals
• manage advertising contracts and legal documents
• track revenue, sales, and budgets
• maintain a sales pipeline
• collaborate with property management, marketing, and internal teams
• review competitor programs and market trends.
