What you'll do

• Set up projects in the accounting system
• review contracts and project terms
• develop budgets, forecasts, and cost projections
• monitor project costs, revenue, and profitability
• prepare customer billings
• manage revenue recognition
• track receivables and support collections
• prepare monthly reports, variance analyses, and forecasts
• collaborate with project managers on financial risks and opportunities
• process project modifications and contract amendments
• complete project closeout and support audits.
