What you'll do

• Translate executive business requirements into architecture for Phenom and UKG
• map end-to-end data flow from candidate attraction through core HR and payroll
• redesign onboarding workflows
• ensure architectural designs and data pipelines adhere to SOC 2 compliance and audit responsibilities
• present integration roadmaps, risk assessments, and operational designs to executive leadership
• provide architectural guidance and blueprints to the integration team.
