The Clinical Supervisor role is onsite in Sandusky, OH. Compensation is not specified. Normal operating hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Pinnacle Treatment Centers provides addiction treatment services with a mission to remove barriers to recovery. The supervisor leads clinical teammates through supervision, education, and training while maintaining documentation and program compliance. The role supports consistent treatment quality and the clinical team’s ability to serve patients.

What you'll do

• Supervise and train clinical teammates
• ensure clinical documentation meets regulatory and company requirements
• support surveys and inspections
• assess training needs
• review treatment records
• assist staff with program and treatment issues
• monitor clinical program performance and patient interactions
• maintain confidentiality
• support professional development
• travel up to 15% as needed.
