Registered Dietitian

The Registered Dietitian role is onsite in Crescent City, CA. Compensation is $47–$49 per hour. The position supports nutrition services for a large community in a population facility. The role also contributes to coordinated care, accurate records, and population health initiatives.

What you'll do

• Provide evidence-based dietary counseling
• monitor client progress and adjust plans
• develop individualized meal plans and nutrition strategies
• document sessions and outcomes in electronic health records
• use data and pipelines to identify potential clients
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care and referrals
• educate clients on label reading, portions, and nutrition
• prepare progress reports
• participate in population health initiatives and community outreach.
