What you'll do

• Provide administrative and project management support to the Director of Activation
• help plan and execute campus events and student engagement activities nationwide
• communicate with student leaders
• coordinate university permits and approvals
• arrange guest speaker schedules, travel, lodging, transportation, and itineraries
• identify content opportunities and coordinate videographers
• collaborate with social media and YouTube teams
• maintain program records and participation tracking
• support the national Ambassador program
• coordinate monthly educational webinars
• respond to Ambassador inquiries
• assist with educational materials and engagement initiatives.
