What you'll do

• Execute operational integration plans for acquired clinics
• build 30/60/90-day plans
• coordinate workstreams with Clinical Operations, Facilities, HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT
• identify and escalate operational risks
• support diligence and translate findings into workplans
• standardize clinical workflows
• coordinate facility, staffing, vendor, and supply-chain transitions
• track operational metrics and dashboards
• onboard teams
• report progress and document lessons learned.
