The Channel Manager develops and manages U.S. strategic partnerships to grow channel revenue for the company’s hardware and technology portfolio. The role builds partner capability and sales pipeline through recruitment, joint planning, enablement, co-selling, coordinated marketing, and collaboration with internal teams on distribution and customer needs.

What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners
• serve as the primary contact for strategic partners
• develop joint business plans and conduct quarterly business reviews
• manage channel sales targets, deal registration, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
• deliver partner enablement and coordinate training, webinars, and workshops
• collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and demand generation
• manage Market Development Funds and evaluate results
• coordinate inventory, delivery lead times, pricing agreements, and product updates with distributors and Operations
• collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
