Lead Teacher – Child Care

What you'll do

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily child care
• observe and assess children and plan learning experiences
• implement the curriculum and create lesson plans
• provide basic care including feeding, grooming, and diaper changes
• develop socialization skills and encourage positive behavior
• use stories, games, and drawing to support learning
• address behavioral concerns with appropriate strategies
• attend staff meetings and training
• communicate with parents and hold parent-teacher meetings
• maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
