The Inside Sales Representative — Hardware and Building Materials is an onsite, full-time role in Saratoga, WY, with pay of $15–$20 per hour. R.P. Lumber is a family-owned building materials and hardware retailer whose stated promise is “Best Service. Best Value.” The representative helps contractors and homeowners select materials, prepare accurate quotes and orders, and resolve service issues. The role also supports store sales, merchandising, special orders, and customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Help customers and contractors with product selection, pricing, quotes, orders, deliveries, and installations
• follow up on orders and resolve service issues
• build customer relationships
• support outside sales with product and pricing information
• learn estimating and material takeoffs. Enter orders and pricing in BisTrack, operate and balance the register, research credits and returns, assist with special orders, and support credit applications and collections when asked.
