What you'll do

• Prepare folders for new student arrivals
• establish and maintain records of academic and career technical training progress, pay status, travel, clothing allowance, and attendance
• audit records against Center Information Systems and follow up on missing documentation
• review and process transportation requests
• prepare student travel itineraries
• distribute tickets and process meal money requests
• answer routine student questions
• maintain correspondence files
• and complete weekly audits. The posting requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of recordkeeping or clerical experience, and a valid driver’s license.
