What you'll do

• Balance and close the previous business day
• complete daily financial reports
• perform manager-on-duty responsibilities during third shift
• process check-ins, check-outs, billing, reservations, and special requests
• respond to guest needs
• process no-show reservations
• monitor room availability and booking policies
• upsell rooms and amenities
• handle cash and financial transactions
• assist overnight staff as needed.
