The Director of Distribution & Operations is an onsite leadership role based in Lawrenceville, GA. The position offers an annual salary range of $260,000 to $350,000 and supports the management of a large-scale distribution facility. This role is responsible for directing all aspects of daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics. The Director leads by example on the warehouse floor, coaching managers and driving continuous improvement to ensure high levels of productivity, safety, and service excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.
• Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers, and implement practical, data-driven improvements.
