2027 Construction Intern is an onsite, full-time summer internship in Midlothian, VA, paying $20 per hour. The intern supports project management work by helping prepare submittals, track schedules and progress, coordinate project information, and assist with change orders and client communications. What you'll do

• Complete construction submittals and forward them for project manager approval
• review specification compliance
• learn takeoff software and conduct specification reviews and takeoffs
• assist with project schedules and communicate key dates
• prepare turnover meeting minutes and project binders
• prepare progress reports and update project trackers after onsite walks
• assist with pricing change orders and maintaining logs
• finalize after-action review documents
• support client relationships, project asset inventory, vendor coordination, project meetings, and project management and billing administration.
