What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP EWM and 3PL-connected warehouse processes
• triage and troubleshoot warehouse execution issues and perform root-cause analysis
• monitor and fix SMQ2 queues
• configure and support inbound, outbound, internal movement, and inventory functions
• support 3PL integration monitoring and error handling
• gather requirements and propose improvements
• support unit testing, regression, UAT, and release/cutover coordination
• maintain runbooks, SOPs, knowledge articles, and support playbooks.
