What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide customer service
• scan tickets and assist with check-in
• sell tickets, merchandise, and concessions using ticketing and POS systems
• process card and digital payments
• answer questions about exhibitions, schedules, amenities, policies, and venue operations
• provide wayfinding and orientation
• assist guests with accessibility needs
• monitor guest flow and queues
• maintain guest-facing spaces
• restock and support inventory and displays
• address guest concerns and escalate issues
• follow safety, security, and emergency procedures.
