Senior Regional Operations Manager

The Senior Regional Operations Manager is an onsite role based in the United States. The annual base salary range is $150,000.00 - $180,000.00. This role supports the Government and Defense Services division at CBRE. This role exists to lead the delivery of integrated soft services across a multi-country Defense Sector portfolio. The manager will establish operating strategies, oversee custodial and facility services, and ensure contractual compliance and client satisfaction during portfolio expansion.

What you'll do

• Own regional delivery of soft services, enforce cleaning standards, coordinate with hard services, lead startup and mobilization activities, and manage regional P&L.
