What you'll do

• Deliver timely, accurate, and compliant HR operations
• work with the Americas HR Manager and Global Head of HR on regional and global initiatives
• manage processes including talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture, and engagement
• advise managers on performance, organizational design, rewards, workforce planning, and employee relations across countries
• partner with HRIS on operational processes
• support training and development
• advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• design policies and deliver global HR projects.
